I Ashutosh Ranjan, a regular customer of Idea Cellular Postpaid Mobile Services was using the connection from more than 1 year and same number with prepaid for more than 4 year. Previously there was no much problem instead of network(as usual with Idea) but I surprised to see my the last month Bill generated by Idea. It includes lots of charges with useless services which I had never activated. The services are activated by any Idea Client without any confirmation from My side. I write the name of these services in the last. Firstly I want to know that by which rights Idea activated these services. Now I request to please take the action against the clients. Also give the proper waiver of the services and also provide the waiver regarding the inconvenience caused due to these kind of services.
