i had applied for transfer of ownership of sim card of idea postpaid in my name from MRr Mohit Deval resident of ajmer on 20 july 2010 at idea cellular agent(SATGURU INTERNET ,KUTCHERY ROAD AJMER) in ajme.
I comleted all formalities as per company directives like presence of current owner , my id proof (my passport ,its photocopy),payment of transfer charges, unpaid amount due till date was also made.,my photo ,current owners photo .his id proof.
I was told transfer of ownership would be done in a day or two.after about 7 days i recieved call from idea worker about address verification and confirmation of address too was done.
till 15 days i waited and then contacted customer care executive of idea (which is also a paid service},i was told my id proof was not verifiable so transfer was not done.
i contacted SATGURU INTERNET ,KUTCHERY ROAD AJMER and was told that my passport photocopy was not clear and so i have to send another id proof ,i sent my scanned id proof i.e voters id on31st august and also i sent a photocopy of same which was delivered personally and was told they have recieved both and i would be serviced’
on 4th september i again contacted customer care and was told the same story that my id proof was not validated and transfer has not been done
i cotacted idea cellular rajasthan branch main office at tonk road and told by officer of company that my application was not forwarded with id proof so the request was not processed.
I was told to contact nodal officer of idea cellular regarding the complaint and did try his cell number which was not reachable.or busy.
icontacted satguru internet ajmer and was told to deposit due payment against the mobile number which was also done same day in an hour at jaipur office.
Till date i have not been serviced and on contact with customer care executive have been told that since 30th july no new information or id proof has been recieved by them
