Unethical Charges by the mean of Caller Tune

Dear Sir / Madam ,

I am writing this letter on the unethical charges in the name of Caller Tune by Reliance Communication (RCOM).

I’ve a Reliance Landline connection (0341-3261755) in the name of ABHISHEK PRASAD, RANIGANJ- 713347.

Now I am facing a problem from your side that my prepaid account is showing a negative balance of Re. 1.00 irrespective of none usage of phone. In the month of June end or July starting I recharged a a top-up of Rs. 100 or something like that (I cant remember now).

I called the customer care seeking clarification (calling date 31/08/2009) but the coustomer care executive told me that there is a CALLER TUNE facility activated on my phone from 13/06/2009 , and later this confirmed by the Team Supervisor.

From last two months I m using 799 voucher to cater my needs and for that I maximumly dial RIM numbers from this phone and occasionaly I called other numbers from this phone (0341-3261755) which can be treated as a rare or maximum 5 calls in a month. So by that way it is clear that I am this is totally is un faithful way for charging such amount.

No I want to know if caller tune is activated then WHY anyone is now hearing the tune at the time of calling this number? and as of now from starting of this connection I never get any promotional call from company for activating caller tune or like that.

This is what I am sure that there is something wrong at the company end and it should be resolved by refunding the amount which were deducted in the name of caller tune.

I am hoing that the complaint will be solved in a short time to retain coustomer faith in the company.

I am also sending a hardcopy of this mail to the company registered address with the compaint number.
