My name is Raj Kunwar and my telephone number is 09678741406. Since last week(11th nov-15th nov) my balance is constantly being deducted for services which I have never requested to be added to my phone. I have already contacted the customer care and they do add some amount(not the entire amount) after a specific time period and with lot of arguements but it is very frustrating for me to everytime call up your customer care. Its not the first time that such incident has happened. In the past also i have faced such situations and needless to say the experience has been very irritating. I expect some better response from the leading telecom company. Its my humble request that u please look into the matter or else i will have to consider changing the network.
