Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the wrong trade practices going in insurance sector these days.

i have take a insurance policy (kotak life insurance company)in 2006 and when i have taken this plan that time the sales person of kotak life insurance company told me that this is a single pay plan thats why i have take the plan. as per today concern i have required the amount so i went to your office and want to surrendered the plan but your executive told me that the plan is already closed and your amount is gone in the charges .AND I HAVE SEND E-MAILS MANY TIMES TO KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE BUT THEY PEOPLE DIDN’T RESPOND

KINDLY SUGGEST WHAT CAN BE DONE.
