I had put in a request to migrate a pre-paid airtel# 9849176707 to post-paid. I was told the request would take some time as they needed some verification. When called the customer care for the same reason they said it is a 24 hrs thing and raised a complaint number, it had been 4 days i did not get ay respond.
I called up customer care again and they said it is a 48 hours thing and will raise another complaint number.
Finally i was forced to visit the Airtel Begumpet store after 5 days of working days and was very rudely treated by the satff out there. She was not at all patient and said i dont care what the customer care people had to say and i need to listen to her and not customer care.
This all had left me with a very bitter experience. It was very bad being treated around like this near so many customers.
