I am a poor customer who booked a flat in Noida Extension through Unicon Real Estate Fraud committed : I have booked flat through Unicon and they have issues credit note in exchange to commit to said amount, which was promoised to get disbursed with in a year or so . I have been visiting to them 30-40 times, make hundreds of calls and SMS calls to get the said amount ASAP. I was getting update and response from their grievance cell but now they are neither responding nor updating on refund payment with status, I have written to India head and Promoters too but now it seems they are ignoring my mails and expecting me to get frustrated and forget my hard earned money. I was verbally promised 9.5 % of the value of the flat from the share of Unicon’s commission and after chasing them to death I got a credit note of 8% and 1.5% over their business letter but it seems they are used to do these frauds and are quite dare to challenge any law suit filed against them I am following them up personally to their office , over phone calls , SMS and emails but now it seems they start ignoring even emails too Its been now 36 months of follow up. I have also raised a Query with Helpdesk, they don’t seem to be responding as well after initial response. Case: 10-534027 Can some one guide me on how to handle this.
