Hi there, I have recharged from uninor website after checking deals for my number 9724454547, which says that Rocket Recharge Rs 70 = 70 Full balance. Aaj Rs 70 k Rocket Recharge me paye pure Rs 70 ka Full Bal. (Extra Rs 21 Bal Val 5 din) Uninor=Fayda.Dial *234# for more Offer. According to this I should get Rs70 full talk time + Rs21 talk time for validity of 5 days. So I did recharge from the website itself. I had done it in the past as well and it was working fine for me. But after this I received bal of around 59 and Rs 21 for just 2 days validity. I emailed them for more than 4 to 5 times along with the snap shot. But did not receive any reply till now. I did call them after 7:30 pm on dated 13th march for same thing no one was ready to help me. They just wanted to finish the call. Even they transferred where no one answered. I was on hold listening to their bulshit ivr for more than 20 minutes. Moreover I complain on the website it self, from which I received sms that my complain has been resolved. But nothing was done. I didnot received any call or email and they do me sms that my complain has been resolved. I am frustrated because of them. Please do something for me. Regards Prem
