Dear Sir, I am Gyanendra Kumar Yadav form Mau District ,I have an account in your Bank :Union Bank Of India , Maunath Bhanjan , Branch –Narai Bandh (Code – 530298) A/c. No- 433802010803860 . I would like to inform you that form last few months ( form July’14 ) I am unable to do any kind of transaction form my Account- A/c. No- 433802010803860 , because My above mention Account has been blocked without any prior information . I regret to inform you that the Union Bank Of India , Maunath Bhanjan , Branch –Narai Bandh (Code – 530298) of your Branch Officers and Branch Manager is not rendering satisfactory Answer on this matter . I have been a regular customer of this branch for the past many years, last 4 Months I have visited Banks many times. The bank staffs are very careless with regard to the problem solving and help. Due to this problem I am unable to use / utilise my deposited money ( more than Rs. 30,000/- ) , which I have saved for my emergency time , which is damaging my mental peace , which cannot be compensated with any value

But Bank should Pay me of Rs 3,00,000/- so that sum of the credibility and mental peace can be recovered Please take the corrective measures and help.
