Abnormal delay for completing construction of house after having paid hard earned money to the tune of Rs. 89,10,390.00 way back on 26th July,2010 under down payment scheme. UNITECH also discriminated by completing other units for some favorite buyers who purchased the house much later than me. Presently the construction work has been stopped again without specifying reasons/specifying for such abrupt & repeatedly rescheduling of completing the unit as usual.

UNITECH should refund my amount along with penal interest @ 18% P.A. as is charged by the company from Buyers for delay in payment by them.
