REf: Private Car Package Policy Policy no. 190505/31/12/01/00003278. Vehicle no. CG 04 HA 6923. Complaint: After submission of estimate against claim for accidental damage an estimate was submitted by Chevorlet Spark authorised dealer to United Insurance co. office at Vadodara and after claim was approved necessary repairs were carried out and as subject vehicle is insured vide Jagdalpur Branch office ,Vadodara branch office submitted all documents to Jagdalpur Branch for reimbursement of claim but now Jagdal branch head says he had not received the Estimtation document while Vadodara branch head says he already dispathced all documents to jagdalpur branch which resulting in unnecessary delay in claim settlement.
