bought SONY XPERIA U ST25I mobile from The RELIENCE DIGITAL STORE LUCKNOW UTTER PRADESH on 14-12-2012 with 1 year company warranty and one more year extended warranty offered by United India Insurance Company Ltd with IMEI NO – 354457052241282. I Have got a problem related to network in mobile so i have first cantact the insurance company to know process then then i have repaired the phone in authorized SONY service center with Job No. W114010703568 on 07-01-2014 and the amount was Rs 6867-00. I have applied for claim the bill. Sent all documents to W and IA Services. Its been more than 2 months. When I call them, I get a message saying that It is under process. Nobody gives me proper information.
