mobile no: 9652342086, i do have a 2g pack of rc98 however im been charged rs.5 on a daily basis.. The airtel customer relationship centre staff is pathetically unhelpful directing me to either visit head office at begumpet or to dial 125 n contact customer care. The customer care always give a different reason for the deduction. Overall, the staff at CRS AND CONTACT CENTRE LACK A LOT OF PROCESS KNOWLEDGE.. Im really disappointed with the service provided and request the authorities concerned to look into this matter… Hope this feedback is taken seriously..
