This is to inform you that Max New York life Insurance has

1.Unlawfully witheld an amt of Rs 15162-/ from my total due amt of Rs 60645-/ for reasons whatsoever known to them only and remitted the balance amount of Rs 45483-/ after much hue and cry on 14.09.10 with a delay of 21 days.
2.Pls note that while surrendering the policy the amt promised was Rs60645-/ which is duly supported by the policy statement document issued by Max New York life Insurance dated 22.08.10 The scan copy of the same can be produced for reference.
3.I hereby request Max New York Life Insurance to immediately refund the balance amt over due to me.
4.IRDA may kindly intervene so that such nuances do not happen in future and the people are not mislead into such malpractices being followed by such companies under the “Insurance Policy Act”
