My Airtel number 9989069167 was having 302 rupees balance on 13 dec 2011. By 14 dec morning 11 am, all the balance was cut down to 3 rupees without making any calls or sms’s. I have received many call cost deduction messages like “airtel call/sms cost is rupees 1.00 “, many times and balance got deducted by nearly 300 rupees. And I have a GPRS scheme of 1 GB worth Rs. 98/- activated on my phone. Which is valid till Dec 14th. So, these deductions should not pertain to internet charges and i have not used internet facility from night 12 pm 13 dec to morning 10 am 14 dec, during which timeframe these deductions are made.
I called custumer care many times and they told that they will register the complaint but i dint get any response from them. And now customer care people are not even receiving my call.
Please let me know how can i get my prepaid balance credited back into my account.
