I have Airtel prepaid connection(No:9500912536). Daily Deduction of amount from my main balance.
No action taken despite complaining to customer care executive 10 to12 times in last 25 days.The customer care executive says your issue will be resolved in few hours but no such actions taken.In last 25 days 3 services such as Facebook fonetwish, Twitter and Airtel Gyan were activated by Airtel themselves. The day i complaint the service gets deactivated but on the next day again they activate. This has been repeatedly done and intentionally they send the un subscription messages 50 to 60 times. They give mental torture by doing such things often. If i call them to complaint again, the customer care executives abort my call. More than Rs.70 has been deducted in last 25 days. I have got vexed by the way they treat me. I kindly request you to take necessary steps and make me get rid off this problem. Also severe action needs to be taken on airtel executives.Airtel service is the worst ever i have seen.I hear lot of complaints regarding the Airtel Service in last 6 months. They mentally torture the customers and treat them rudely.
