Unnecessary Mobile charges

i’ve been activating the rs.2 per day for 20 mb gprs scheme frequently since the past week.. But my main account balance diminishes eventhough i’ve got 2 or 3 megabytes of free data available.. Today, at 2230hrs when i checked my balance, it showed 3.15 MB remaining.. However my main account balance reduced by approx Rs.15 . On calling the customer care, they put me on hold and disconnected.. I am now unable to talk with any representayive.. Because whenever i press number 9 for the represntatve.. The recorded voice says ‘thnx for callin airtel’ and disconnects..This is a recurring problem.. Pls look into the matter
