Unnecessary reduction in balance

Dearsir Yesterday around 2:15 pm i availed the service of internet after then i used my mobile.. For internet service after around 10 min i saw my bal was reduce from my account to 4rupees from 21rupees.and then i twicely contact your customwe executive they talk me like a foolishman they didn’t explain me the whole criteria and gave fake or wrong information about reduction of balance and then when i contact their teamleader thty told the same lines as there junior they said that your balance reduce due to you didn’t availed any internet service at the time of surfing internet. And if any things done wrongs they assured me your balance refundable tommorrow as soon as possible but today when i contact at customercare their representative doen’t suggest me any solution of solving my problem and and when i contact with their teamleader they talk with rudely like a illiterate and their name was trivesh when i want a number of their nodelofficer they give me a wrong number 9818334865 vikrantpandey(NewDelhi) and then after i again contact at customercare they give the samenumber as given above of Mr.. Vikrantpandey (NodelOfficer) that shows the realistic picture of largest service provider of telecommunication sector Airtel that reveals inefficient to tackle my problem my personal experience is very grim with your services.
