I am lodging a complaint against service provider M/s Bharti Airtel (P) Ltd,. I have got a prepaid mobile connection bearing no (07897839604)
Of late i observed that without my requisitioning / subscribing, the service provider has provided me some special service under some scheme ( which I have not availed till date) and has started deducting Rs. one per day.
After lapse of good no. of day all of sudden, I received an SMS asking me if am not interested in this scheme I should unsubscribe it. Though I immediately unsubscribed it, I was baffled with the whole issue as till the receipt of this SMS I was totally ignorant of any such scheme.
Further, It is all the more important to mention here that though they were deducting the charges even without my subscribing to the same, they continued the deduction even after my unsubscribing the same.
I therefore, request your good office to intervene in the matter and direct the concern authoirty to refund the illegally deducted amount.
