Unsatisfied with HDFC Bank Credit Card

Dear Sir/madam plz refer the below mention compalint regarding hdfc bank (Dear Mr.Kumar, This is in continuation to our interim response dated 15/02/2013 regarding your HDFC Bank credit card account. At the outset, we deeply regret to note the feeling of dissatisfaction you have been left with during the course of your recent interaction with us. We assure you that it is our constant endeavour to provide outstanding service to you and ensure that your banking experience with us is always pleasurable. We have once again reviewed your query in detail and wish to reiterate that the Smartpay facility towards the biller M/s.NDPL was activated on your credit card account basis conversation with bank officer during November 2012. The details regarding the same was also clarified during your subsequent interactions with bank. We also wish to clarify that post registration of Smartpay facility, an SMS would be sent to the registered mobile number along with an email response / a letter confirming the Smartpay registration to you. We also wish to inform that before presenting any bill towards the biller, an SMS would be sent to your registered mobile number. However, we do not observe any communication from your end disputing the same post registration. However, taking note of your concerns and to resolve the query, we had cancelled the Smartpay facility on your card account. We seek your understanding and co-operation in this regard.
