Sir my airtel prepaid connection number is 9975917803. There is a deduction of Rs. 11 from my account for the service named realestate which I dont activate. I dont sms or call for activation for this service. Early in the morning I receive the msg that this service is activated on my number so I call *121*5# to check the status but it doesnt mention this service. So I call to 198 the executive tell me that my balance is refunded in 3 hrs but still now I dont get my balance back. Pls help me to getback my balance.
