My mobile number-9696887784 Service provider-Reliance GSM. On 28 February, 2014 I recharged my number with Rs 75 and within few hours on the same day they deducted my balance completely with Rs 0.01 as balance. On calling their customer representative, they never told why balance was deducted and they were not even ready to register a complaint as to why this has happened. I did not registered for any value added service and had a data pack fully active on my number. the behavior of Reliance on this part is highly irrational and erratic, as there is no one who would listen to your grievances on their side. Even after asking for refund which is my consumer right, they did not even bothered to refund my balance, moreover were rudely talking as if it was my fault.

Wrong balance deduction
I’m using reliance number from past 2 years and in this time balance deduct many time from my mobile. i have complained about it to reliance customer care but nothing happened. Every time balance deduct from my mobile number. today 110 rs. balance deduct from my number and i have complained about it 5 times but there is no response from reliance.
