i am Ganeshbabu ch,using Airtel prepaid number 9849149546 in andhrapradesh from 2003 onwards. now i am facing much problem of airtel company giving messages like
543216 or 543210 giving messages for friends voice chat, jokes, etc causing for the deduction of amount with out my option too.i spoke to the airtel customer care with much of difficulty on 121 and the executive promised me to help in this case.
but still the messages are coming and amount is being deducted while just operating.this is how the airtel mobile net work company causing alot of disturbance and money loss.hence i request your kind honour to take necessary action on the company for giving unwanted messages to the customers wasting their time and money.
