I have given instructions to Bill Desk for the payment of Bills to Dolphin/MTNL. The payment which was due on 28.07.2010 has been debited to my account on 26.07.2010. The phone connection has been disconnected without any notice/reason. Compensation of Rs. 10000 to be paid by the company for deficiency of services.
