i am using reliance prepaid gsm from last 2 months and i am very disappointed with the reduction of my balance by activation of unwanted services. when i tried to complain about it in reliance customer care they just say technical up gradation is going on call after some time. when again call to customer care i found my no blocked so that i could not contact them. sir I’m getting annoyed from this type of behavior and reduction of charges day by day. My no is 8010981110. Please take a right & strict step step in this direction.
