UPAVP – Possession delayed, No Information

Subject: Harassment due to non-transparent & no response from Uttar Pradesh Avas Vikas Parishad. Regarding: Repeated complaints (30 No. approx; since April’ 2012 to till date) were ignored and non responsive from Concerned Officials and Higher Authorities of UPAVP. I am writing about my dispute with UPAVP, who is handling the customer grievance as an opaque, non-responsive & insensitive towards customer’s interest. Previously, I’d written my grievance to UPAVP (30 No.) and subsequently the matter was also written vide complaint ID 109277.3.2014 to you for amicable solution but UPAVP is so much autocratic that they are still not providing any information to us. My dispute concerns to UPAVP scheme for flats at Shikhar Enclave, Sector-15, Vasundhara whose possession is already delayed by 18 months and they are not providing any information on repeated requests. I enclose copies of all relevant correspondence, including the particulars. I am deeply disappointed and harassed that in-spite of writing to you, UPAVP is not acting in a transparent and professional manner. I request your intervention and suitable orders must be issued to UPAVPs for the remedial work to be carried out and as you will appreciate this matter must now be brought to a conclusion. Hoping for your suitable actions so that customer’s interest will be safeguarded.
