I bought a geyser of Usha brand and got it installed using fixtures provided with the product however after few months it fell down from the wall and got extensively damaged. A complaint was registered with the company. The service engineer visited me and told that the installation was not done with coerce fittings though fittings used were the same that we’re provided with the product.

The geyser should be replaced with the new one with free installation.
