USHA FAN – no response by dealer and company

I PURCHASE A USHA FAN ON 26.07.2013. Since it comes with one year warranty. I lodged a complaint for its malfunctioning in customer care with complaint no. C14040400759 and ref no. 313 on 04.04.2014. After that, I have called three times to the Company but no one has turned till now. Since It is hot and sultry over here, what to do now ?

I demand a new fan instead of old one with compensation of what I paid to the mechanic after waiting so long.
