Usha Honeywell ,Pathetic After Sales by Usha International

On 20th April 2013 I purchased Usha Honeywell CL48PM Room Cooler from Chawla Electronics – Faridabad. On 9th July 2013 the cooler’s pump stopped working intermittently and I registered a Complaint with the company (complaint # C13070902149) but till today (14th July 2013) the complaint is unresolved. The company’s technician was informed that there is a problem in the Pump, even then he visited and did not do anything positive but after his intervention the Pump became completely Dead. His word “Jab spare part stock mein hoga tab badlenge, nahin to jo karna ho kar lena, jahan complaint karni ho, kar lena. Humara koi (Usha Honeywell) kuch nahin bigad sakti”. Daily we were requesting the technician and his superiors for a resolution but all our effort were gone in vain. So after waiting for 3 -4 days today I called Usha Honeywell at 18001033111 and spoke to Ms. Kaushal and she was equally arrogant & impolite and did not let me speak and kept on insisting that the TAT is 7 days for supplying a spare part. Even when I told her that in peak summers how do you expect the customers to wait for 7 day without Cooler , she kept on repeating 7 days is TAT as per company policy. I THINK I HAVE BURNT MY MONEY BY BUYING A USHA PRODUCT. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF I HAD BOUGHT A LOCAL PRODUCT. What kind of service and company it is and its associates are.

Not able to use the cooler in peak summers had to buy another local cooler by paying 8000 rupees
