UTI -Insurance not price no response from company

I had the UTI – Mastergrowth and Master plus purchased by my late father. I encashed the units in end 2012 and at that they (UTI) had suggested that they will also credit the insurance amount of to my mothers HDFC Account. i have still to receive the same. Have written to UTI but no response

I can only follow up to a point but will need a response as to what is happening on the same. Password for both document is 500049
