I have a commercial meter & field staff took a reading of 65 units instead of 365 in sep(actual units)I complained & went almost 4 times but to no avail. Actually,for comm.meter they have a minimum charges for 300 units.Now they have charged for 235 units more here.In next month bill,it is showing 953 units,i.e.300 units more causing me a loss of Rs.2000/-. All the more they r shuttling me here & there & one executive in PVVNL cust.care in sec told us to catch hold of field staff & slap him without addressing my problem.(I m tenant of Mrs.vinita mittal-elect.a/c id-2757062000

loss of Rs.2000/ & mental harrassment.Also inform us where to go & how many times.They r not ready to receive complaint even

correct my bill & credit me Rs.2000/ & penalise the guilty.
