On consequent to repeated phone calls and email, I purchased 2 holiday packages on their promotional offer for Rs 5950 x2 =Rs11,900/- from the Vacations Gateway, by remitting the amount at ICICI Bank Navsari (Gujarat)branch in favour of ‘Vacations Gateway’ a/c no:081505500281 (IFSC Code ICIC0000815, Branch- Sector 110 NOIDA) on 7/2/2013 and 9/2/2013 respectively.One package is for 4 persons for 4nights and 5 days in 5/3 star hotels in India and abroad (list of hotels and places provided)cold be used within 12 months and the other is also the same but additionally offered certain promotional free gifts also. I sent request on 4/3/2013 to utilize part of the package (to use at Mumbai) but there is no proper response from them though they promised to give confirmation within 72 hours. The telephone numbers they provided do not respond or out of service. Though they promised the gifts within 10 days of purchasing the package even after completing more than one month, nothing is done. Their site is frequently changing and now it is ‘vacationsgateway.in’. The telephone numbers they provided are : 8010531550, 9990132350, 01203146539, 9716166433,9873975069. As it is found they are either fraud or untrustworthy, it is requested to compensate and refund the amount and save others from their cheating.
