The vacations gateway people are calling the people and bluffing them by saying that they are awarded with the gift hamper of DELL laptop for the same case u should be registered with the company by paying the amount of Rs 7549/-. After paying the amount they are saying that you should give some numbers and should provide some time. All that i have did but they are neither sending my gift nor refunding my amount paid after calling and asking for lots of times. the address of the company is

they are not even lifting my cal also for many times the customer care persons are Mr. Rohit and Mr. Dheeraj Contact number:+91 8285076010. Please help me to resolve this problem and to get refund my money.

Hi Customer Care Team,
As per the telephonic conversation Mr. Gupta had made a void actions for providing the tracking number related to the courier for customer support and help. I feel it will not take more than 5 mins for providing the tracking number. He has assured me for 72 hours and in the same sense of clear conversation on telephone I want to wait for the 72 hours to provide whether the problem is solved or not for my satisfaction. I suggest that the customer is GOD for the company and it should resolve the problems very fast which in their hands. it should take it to granted to make the customer happy at the end while ending up the call.

I think the people who talk to me in mobile Mr. Dheeraj or Mr. Rohit or any other person, even the receptionist
when I called to 120 6521232 number takes the least responsibility to fulfill the customer needs. Mr.Dheeraj in
the evening has made me assurance for sending the mail with information for the delay of any process related to
me with full detail with all the pros and cons and conditions. He said that he will send the mail within 15 minutes.
But the person is least bothered to send me the response mail.It shows the irresponsibility and carelessness
towards the customer for Right to Information. I’m not asking any illegal things to be done. Just I’m asking the
legal procedures that the company follows and requires to make the customer happy to fulfill and complete the
further proceedings of the customer so that the customer can make further tie-ups with the company. But it
shows to degrade the believe of the persons towards the company(Vacations Gateway) .
