On 23.07.2013, I received a call from Mr. Rajiv (Mob. 08826488638) of Vacations Gateway of Noida offering me a Blackberry Mobile and a Dell Laptop free against the purchase of two holiday packages of Rs. 6949/- each. He also offered me a 42 Inch Samsung LED TV free of cost against the purchase of another 2 holiday packages of the same value. I agreed and paid Rs. 27796/- through my SBI Credit card (Transaction ID 1374661053713, 1374660774723, 1374653078775, 1374653247739) He promised me that he will send all three free gifts on 24.07.2013. He also informed me that I will receive a verification call from verification department and during verification call,do not tell them about the free gift, as the gift matter is being handled by their another department. On enquiring with customercare department of Vacations Gateway, Noida, I was informed that there is no such gift scheme and all the promises given by Mr. Rajiv turned out to be a false promise, only to complete his business target. Immediately I informed the customer care department to cancel the four holiday packages and refund me the full amount, to which they refused, saying that these packages cannot be cancelled and refunded. I informed him that as a customer, I have the full right to cancel any orders placed with any party if I am not satisfied with service/product. Now, they are either not giving me the free gifts as mentioned nor my money. I request you to kindly pass on necessary instruction to the above fraud company to refund the amount paid by me of Rs. 27796/- along with liquidated damages for the mental agony and harassment suffered by me.
