Dear Sir I am received a call from vaction gateway on 18/11/2013 around 15 times.I have asked Surat and Saputara is my two destination .Is there accomdation availibility is there or not then they send a mail to me abt the hotels list in both Destination and said availibility is there but I have asked these resort is not in your list then they told no probelem availibilty is there. after that I have send 7799 rs amount.and they told within 3 days you will get confirmation . Sir,till noew I am not get any confirmation ,No body taking us they are saying tomarow it will done but till now not done my confirmation when I called Yesturday they told not possible to book accomdation So I said please refund the amount they are saying It is not possible .I have booked my tickets also. My Journey date is 12 dec to 16 dec in saputara and Surat . Pleased o the needful for me I have all proof in mail and phone call list Regarsd Panindra
