Cc: hello , Respected sir ( grahak suraksha ) myself shailesh prajapati mo-9825371855 I had getting call on 7 September 2013 for great shopping & travelling offer from value4rupee ( AAA destination ). they commit me that they allot all the kit which they have present on me during our telephone interaction on that day within 7 day .I have got my voucher during that period but still I’ve not reciev my gift though my request for gift is given to them at 12 day ago. when I am calling for the status for same they avoid me and after receiving my call they put it at side for 5 times . so sir we write every is with proof I have record I will present when ever required . sir they every time commit when ever I calling telling that I m talking with dispatch department & also they misbehaving with me on phone. their help line no- 01125937257

I want that they refund money I m also return back their voucher.
