I would like to inform you that I bought one Samsung Refrigerator from M/s. Sreema Electronics, 98/1E, Gopal Lal Tagore Road, Kolkata on 17.04.05. I am really sorry to state that from the date of purchase, I have been facing a lot of problems and lodged two complaints to the Service Centre through your Toll Free No. for which Engineers came from M/s. Sima Service, B-255, Lake Town, Kolkata – 700 089 to my house on 15.02.07 & 26.03.07 and rectified the faults by changing a switch which is built-in near the door. But the same problem still persists i.e. Valve, which is lying inside the Refrigerator, is being damaged automatically several times. Another problem i.e. the door of said refrigerator was down from the normal place has also been noticed very recently.

You are requested to kindly depute your responsible Engineer to my house at 106/E/9, Maharaja Nanda Kumar Road (South), Near Darjipara Harisabha, P.O. Baranagar, Kolkata – 700 036 (033-25781541) for thorough checking and rectification immediately so that I can use the said refrigerator freely without facing the same problem again.

Please acknowledge and do the needful immediately.
