Dear Sir, This is in regards to salary not paid by vasonomics, the position I was offered as “Key Account Manager” for Vasonomics , I would like to inform that I have joined the firm on 06.03.2014, as agreed verbally regarding the compensation of Rs. 25000/- per month and trial period of 15 days on paid basis. Further to the above mentioned subject I would like to intimate that due to performance based issue I was relieved from my duties on 20.03.2014, however as per the mutual agreement between ( ME, VIKAS DIXIT & Mridul Pathak company HR) about the paid working day if not selected. I was not compensated after being relieved from my duties till date ( Almost Three months) , which I also informed several times over telephonic conversation to Companies HR Manager Mr. Mridual Pathak. TWO SEPARATE MAIL to “MR. Vikas DIXIT” to help me , However there has been no response from his side, which clear indicate how unprofessional his attitude towards BUSINESS ETHICS It is requested to kindly help me to get my salary for the total number of working days , as I shall be grateful to your random act of kindness. I only want to paid for the total number of days I have worked & people like VISKAS DIXIT & MRIDUL PATHAK (HR MANAGER) don’t exploit people like me. Fist the lured me into the package and then placed a condition that perform in 15 day ( later on they rejected my proposals and when i asked there help HR MANAGER asked me to leave
