The showroom is providing discount of 50% on MRP on park avenue shirts. However after calculating 50% of the charge, they are adding VAT @ 5% on the final billed amount. I would like to complaint that the showroom is misguiding the customers by showing 50% discount when actually the discount is less, since VAT is charged separately from MRP

I would like to complaint that the showroom is misguiding the customers by showing 50% discount when actually the discount is less, since VAT is charged separately from MRP.

I want the differential amount to be given back to me, in addition to transportation charges i spent for my conveyance to their showroom. A total of differential amount plus a compensation of Rs 200.
