i have purchased seagate 1tb hard disk from veera enterprises on 14/08/2012 and i found faulty within warranty period and he says all the warranty is from service centre only. i have gone to company service centre on 20 july 2013 and service centre didnot accept it as he says it has seller warranty kindly contact the seller. i have contact the seller but he says it cannot be changed as its warranty is expired.
no physical damage
i want my hard disk replaced as it should be changed in warranty
