VEGO Typhoon Air Cooler – No Customer Service

VEGO Typhoon Personal Air Cooler purchased thru INDUSTRY BUYING (Bill No. IBW0000 65736 dt. 12/5/2016). Cooler stopped working on 23rd July. Service Complaint filed by email & thru company online system (Website www.vego.in)on 25th July. Technician attended complaint on 28th July & informed that the motor is burnt & requires replacement. Despite regular followup – PRODUCT NOT REPAIRED TILL DATE

UNABLE TO USE COOLER FOR ONE MONTH when it was specifically purchased for Summer Use. I demand REFUND OR REPLACEMENT of product.
