I had purchased a new CAR make Fiat Punto on May 21st 2011 and applied for the Registartion with Chandigarh Administartion, Registering authority on 29th May 2012 vide the receipt No: CZ6177, CHASIS NO:MCA118A4E07039790CLZ in the name of my wife: SATBHAVNA HUNJAN. It is almost 8 months now,I have not received the Registration Certificate till date. I have contacted numerous times,every time they extended the acknowledgement slip saying may get in 1 or 2 weeks. To my surprise yesterday,when I again visited their office I was told that my file has been misplaced and advised me to lodge FIR. Since it is their fault and I am being made scapegoat. You know it is not easy to lodge the F.I.R and again go through the wholr process to apply again. There is no boby answerable and no one to whom the responsibilty if fixed. I do not know who is accountable for the balatant disregard of service.

I am being put to harasement and mental agony.I do not know whom to approach and who is accountable for this lackness of service. I am totaly frustrated. I am a service person ,I can not take leave from office every now and then.

I want ,since it is the resposibility of concerened Deptt and officials,they shall be penalized and I shall get my R>C on their efforts & cost.
