very irresponsible after sales service

sir. we bought LG washing machine last year and it was working fine. just last week we had problem with the door lock(front loading).it does not lock and without it machine does not work. so i called to costumer care number as its still under warranty period they promised to send someone to have a look at it.i waited for two days after registering my complain but no one turned up or called me on the number i given to them. after two days i called again and they said that they are working on it and it might take 72 hours for them to work on this as the place i live is outside the city zone.
but again no one came…they just messaged me a Goa number of their after sale service.now i have called on that number around more than 10 times and every time they say sorry for delay and that they are sending somebody.
i am still waiting….
now they do not even answer my phone call.
its monsoon in Goa and we have loads of dirty clothes waiting for wash.
me and my girl friend are very angry at their poor costomer care service and want to take some action against the washing machine compny.
