I have brought a sony ericsson mobile T715 in around 9,000 Rs. in month of may 2010. After purchasing this phone it start giving problems and i had repaired it 3 times in 5-6 months. After a new problem company replaced that phone with new ZYLO phone of lower rate and much poor quality. it was so poor that during the limited warranty period i repaired it 2 times again. Now the condition is still 3 time i have repaired its screen and has spent more than 3000 rs. I want to fire complaint against the poor quality of service and product given to me and want the compensation and a new mobile phone as well.
