Very Rude behaviour from the Outbound Call Centre

I am having a Corporate HDFC account in Kolkata since the past 2 years. There been tele calling done on my number up selling an Insurance product. Had informed the executive to send details, but could not go through the details for a week due to work pressure. The Executive, named : Shamim Akhtar, who had called me earlier too, called at 8.15 pm from Tele calling number : 01409740137, dated : 26/12/2011 and started to use offensive and profanity language, as to why I have not read and stating whatever I want to do I can do, but will pester u in this number thereby threatening me too. Also stating not to act smart and that I am not interested and have no money and started being very rude. I was in a state of shock with the attitude. This has brought me to a conclusion that HDFC has been harassing customers. Am I at fault by just speaking to the executive.
Would require immediate action, else would take action against it in some other way.
