on 02/01/20414 I applied for idea post paid connection through vibgyor communication, for this they asked 300 rupees and the documents(PAN card and Address proof) and tell me that the connection will start after 7 days. Now its been more than 2 weeks. So i called them and asked for refund my money and do not process the request. Now they are saying that they can not say anything about refund and also the are not picking up my call

hey just refund my money and documents. And i do not any connection from them.
