Victim of Reliance Communications False Promise

On Jan 15, 2015, the Reliance Communication executive offered free usage for 3 months upto 2GB following their lapse in following the protocol during discontinuation of the services. The proposal was acknowledged, i also got a confirmation during one of other calls that the free usage plan was already active by Jan. On the billing side of it,now they come back saying the plan got activated on Feb1 and am liable to pay for Jan month complete.

There have been calls from Reliance harassing me to pay up the bill else they would impose hefty penalty. My several approaches to Appellate Authority has not helped at all. I find their assurances to resolve the issue to be without spirit and willingness to delegate. Would like to file a complaint for the above mis-appropriation. Take legal route for me being harassed for no fault of mine. Also, seek advise on relief / compensation for all the trauma that i had to undergo.
