I’ve bought a Videocon color TV on 12th oct’2008. But after buying it the set having problems like sparking occurs again & again.I have to repair the set by technicians for 4 times within 1 year.I have told the technician that as the set is facing problems repeatedly I want total replacement of the whole set or repair the set properly.
But technicin told that it’s not possible & u have to pay to us everytime we come for repairing the set as u’r warranty period is over.
