Videocon D2H – error appearing on screen

Dear Sir, My card no. is 4254 6221 534, using D2H Videocon since last 03 years. Today, my TV shows Message “FIRST TIME INSTALLATION. PRESS OK TO CONTINUE”. and your concerned representative advised me to do it by remote control. Upon stating that Remote is not available with me, i had ordered NEW REMOTE on 01.01.14, assuring by on the same day, it will reach positively by your customer care representative. Till date 03.01.14 at 19.24 hrs i did not received it, Moreover, it is not my fault with ERROR APPEARING ON SCREEN since i am using it last 03 years, Please update with details. If problem persist please get back your ESTEEMED PRODUCT, remitting my yearly subscription amount to my account. YOUR EARLY RESPONSE WILL BE HIGHLY SOLICITED.
