I booked a D2H connection online and was adviced to go for Digital HD recorder set top box on the pretext that the interse difference between SD and HD set top box was not much. Therefore, I opted for HD box at a higher price. On 19 Apr 14, dealer rep installed the set top box and informed me about the Annual Entry Scheme and package/offer for complete year. Since I wanted some more time to select the it was clarified by the customer care to me as well the dealer rep(Mr Hem Chand) that I could my avail Annual Entry Scheme offer within 30 days. However, on 19 May 14,I was informed other wise by the customer care. I feel cheated
